• After booking, you will receive a pre-screening exercise form that must be filled in truthfully
• After submitting your screening form, you will receive your training plan via email within 5 working days
• Medical clearance is required for people suffering from heart problems and this must be submitted together with the screening form
• Medical clearance may also be requested for other conditions when deemed necessary
• The trainer will not be held responsible for any injuries endured while following the training plan
• Personal information and data collected will not be disclosed to third parties
• Training plan is intended only for the person who fills in the pre-screening exercise form
