• Unit 9: In unit 9 will cover planning, which is one of the most important part of developing property.
• Unit 10: A successful and well-organized project is the result of excellent project management. In unit 10 the author illustrates project management.
• Unit 11: In unit 11 the will cover renovation of property.
• Unit 12: Buying at auction is a popular method of buying property at good value; this is covered in unit 12.

At the end of each unit there is a short course assessment which must be completed and sent back to us for marking
