Beautiful hotel!! When we arrived before we could even step into the building Khyam came out and took our suitcases and welcomed us to the hotel. We arrived around 2.30pm and lucky for us our room was ready so we checked in early. The hotel is right in the heart of St Julians Bay with the beach a stones throw away with plenty of places to eat, Bay Street shopping centre across the road and a casino a few doors up. Local buses nearby so you can get around or just use Uber or Bolt. The room is exactly as seen in the photo, everything is automated including the curtains! The mirror above the bed well what can I say lol. The fridge was well stocked and the bar had a good choice of drinks. On checkout Khyam again was very helpful, he's a friendly man and willing to help we saw him regularly during our stay. Overall, all the staff were pleasant. How could I forget the spa!!! Very tranquil, we did a lot of relaxing down there and it was nice and clean. I definitely will come back here again but for longer 3 nights wasn't enough.

We really enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, everything was clean, modern, and easy to access. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa area. The treatments were relaxing and professionally done, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would happily return. I recently stayed at this hotel with breakfast included and was extremely satisfied with the service provided by the staff, especially Khyam, who was unfailingly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would also like to extend my thanks to the Manager, Yue, who was exceptionally polite, warm, and welcoming upon our arrival, and who readily assisted us with all the information we required. If you’re visiting Malta, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It forms part of one of the most reputable and well-regarded hotel chains, offering excellent comfort and service throughout your stay.

We stayed at an amazing hotel — it exceeded our expectations in every way. For the price we paid, it was absolutely worth it. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite. They even paid attention to where we were from, which made us feel especially welcomed. Everything about the hotel was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

H hotel is lovely, i came here for my 20th birthday was able to take great pictures with the high spec decor and enjoy the views from balcony and rooftop. Food from every Hugo branch was amazing! Service was just as great, on check out Kyham kindly helped us with our bags :) Only thing i would say is that when filling up our jacuzzi there was a brown film along the sides and bubbling in the water. I don’t think they are properly cleaned, everything else was superb.
