Description
The traditional farmhouse of Rokon has great character, a charming interior and a secluded pool and courtyard with lovely view over fields behind. The house is located down a quiet lane with only a few other properties nearby and parking is on the lane outside. It has a lovely original stone staircase, a wood-burning stove and an open terrace upstairs with wider views out over the countryside.
The double doors to the front lead to a hallway and the stairs. On this floor there is a large kitchen diner and living room with patio doors leading out to the pool area, a twin bedroom and a toilet room. Outside, the patio curves around and can be accessed from the lane by a garden gate.
On the first floor there is a twin room, a large double room, a shower room and a bathroom. There is plenty of room for an additional foldaway bed or a cot.
The house has fans and, air conditioning in the bedrooms, for both cold air and heat. The air conditioning units are operated using one and two euro coins.

The capital of Victoria is a ten minute drive away and a visit to the ramparts of the Citadel to see 360 views of the Island is a must.
