Capistrano Restaurant is located in the heart of the capital city, Valletta, a few steps away from the Manoel theatre. It has been open for over ten years, serving Mediterranean Cuisine.
Head Chef Malcolm Mifsud is committed to sourcing the finest, freshest ingredients locally and from abroad. Capistrano’s main priority is to keep a high quality standard in food and service. Along with the seasonal menu, we offer a range of daily specials, fresh fish and irresistible desserts. Capistrano cater for all kind of special occasions including weddings, guest on celiac diets, lactose intolerance and vegetarians ( On request ). It is spread on two levels, approximately 50 seats in all. Whether it is a business lunch or a relaxing dinner, Capistrano is the ideal restaurant to eat in.
