• Kindly arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time and wait at the reception area
• Treatment is carried out by a professionally qualified Massage therapist, eating heavy meals or consuming alcohol should be avoided before the treatment
• If you have any health conditions, you must obtain doctors permission for massage
• No refunds will be given if customer arrives late or misses their appointment slot
• 24 hour cancellation period. Refunds will not be given for late cancellations
• Booking required on arum.res.link specifying your coupon number under special notes (Printing is not required)
