Each injury requires personal attention and Balazs can create a personalized program working with your injuries, pains and weaknesses to make you strong and flexible again.
B. Personal Fitness Training - If you have no injuries but you feel that you are out of shape, overweight, low energy, very stiff, no motivation and you do not a gym person but prefer working out in nature or at your home then Balazs is the right choice for you as he will put together a program which is challenging, fun and at the same time combines fitness, yoga and Pilates mainly working with your own weight. Balazs Heller was a gymnastics champion of Hungary with 13 years of professional sport career and lots of injuries. That background led him to choose his career to become a certified personal fitness trainer, yoga teacher, massage therapist and Reiki master. Balazs is a firm believer in the power of healing the body through regular yoga and Pilates exercises. Balazs later on specialized in therapeutic yoga so he can work with people suffering in spine related injuries like slip-disc and other injuries related to joints, muscles. His sessions are also suitable for anyone who wants to create strong core muscles, good body posture and healthy spine.
