This type of massage stimulates, conditions and heals.

Holistic Indian Head Massage: Indian Head Massage is an invaluable way to rebalance and encourage healing of the whole person. Indian head massage is a holistic therapy that balances the body, mind and soul to promote health and well-being. It is calming, uplifting and revitalising.

Yon-Ka Aromatic Relaxing and Wellbeing Facial: This is probably one of the most complete facial care treatments available in a salon or spa. With a relaxing massage and invigorating, balancing natural aromas, your skin is left clean and your complexion radiant.

Holistic Reflexology Foot Treatment: Sensitive, trained hands can detect tiny deposits and tensions in the feet. The reflexologist will work carefully to release the tension and restore the free flow of energy to the whole system.  Reflexology alleviates the effects of stress by inducing deep relaxation.  The person experiences a sense of well-being at all levels.  The body, mind and spirit are brought back into balance.
