“Tal-Kantunieri” is a beautiful 120 year old townhouse in Nadur, within walking distance from San Blas Bay which has just been modernised to high standards.

Upon entrance to the house, one finds a separate living area combined with a kitchen and dining room. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with en suite shower and a separate guest shower/toilet room which is accessible both from the indoor dining area and outdoor pool area.

On the first floor level, there are another three double bedrooms all having their own private shower en suites. 
There is also a washroom (available on request) with a terrace.

On the second and last floor there is another double bedroom with an en suite bath complemented with a private terrace.

Very nice outdoor space with a nice sized swimming pool (7m x 4m), a seperate deck area and BBQ/Dining area compliments this dream holiday house.

• Electricity and Water are not included. Consumption will be charged separately on check out at Enemalta/Water Works (Arms) rate at the time of rental. (The average consumption used between 6-9 persons during two nights stay is €20)
• A refundable deposit of €150 is charged upon arrival against any damages
