Arigatô Restaurant Molecular Sushi Experience is located in Hotel Fortina 5* Resort & Spa and is part of an international award winning chain of Japanese restaurants, is probably the best Japanese fine dining restaurant in Malta offering an unique experience in Japanese cuisine.

Arigato' Moroboshi offers options of dining at its sushi bar, in its inviting main dining area, outdoor in its beautiful tropical garden or at teppanyaki tables with the Hibachi chefs working in front of their guests preparing their meals right in front of them, it's up to you to decide.

The swift handiwork of the chefs, along with the pleasure and reassurance of getting to see fresh ingredients being used to prepare a toothsome meal is one of the highlights of the Arigato' Moroboshi experience.
