Herb crusted local goat cheese, served with caramelised onion puree and baby leaves.

Chicken liver parfait
Potted chicken liver parfait, served with beetroot and apple chutney & garlic croutes.

Grilled Chorizo Sausage
Grilled Fresh baby chorizo, served with a tomato and caper salsa.

Crispy Calamari
Deep fried calamari served with a Thai orange dressing and micro salad.

Fresh Mussels
Scented with a ginger, lemon grass, coconut milk and chilli broth.

Haloumi salad
Grilled haloumi served with figs, a selection of leaves and vegetables and tossed in aged white balsamic dressing.

Homemade rabbit ravioli served with its own livers, broad beans and finished in a herb butter sauce.

A ragu of beef mince scented with red wine, tomato fondue and a touch of cream.

Carnaroli Rice flavoured with saffron and a selection of fresh seafood, finished with a sea urchin butter & aged parmesan.

Ribeye of beef
300g ribeye served with smoked aubergine puree and a red wine jus.

Rack of lamb
Herb crusted rack of lamb served with wilted spinach and a pomegranate jus

Local rabbit
Local rabbit slow cooked in beer.

Seabass
Pan fried with chorizo and a tomato confit.

Baby chicken
Slow roasted baby chicken served with grilled peppers and lemon velouté.
