SUP Yoga & Fitness Group Session

Book a session for 4 people and enjoy a new challenge! Poses are being performed on a moving surface, you will be engaging muscles that you would not normally involve. Combining the breathing process with movement, you’re sure to find moments of fun, laughter and of intense focusing whilst moving with the water on your board!

Classes are designed for “all levels”, so don’t hesitate to come out and give it a try - you will most likely be surprised at how well you do!
